Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Location: Boudry, Switzerland

Position Overview

To support our growing operations, we are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Boudry. The successful candidate will coordinate travel arrangements, manage technical service reports, provide administrative support to service teams, and contribute to the optimization of our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate business travel for Customer Service technicians (CUS).

  • Review, validate, and process intervention reports.

  • Prepare and issue invoices related to services provided.

  • Monitor outstanding payments and conduct client follow-ups.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and monthly operational reports.

  • Support ticket management and updates within the CRM system (Salesforce).

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in export logistics and the coordination of professional travel.

  • Proficiency in SAP or an equivalent ERP system.

  • Fluent in French; minimum B2 level in both German and English (oral and written).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Vous avez de lexpérience dans la coordination de voyages, la gestion de rapports techniques et le support aux équipes de service? Lorganisation recherche un(e) Customer Service Assistant pour renforcer ses opérations à Boudry.

Vos missions principales

  • Organiser les déplacements professionnels des techniciens du service client (CUS)
  • Contrôler et valider les rapports dintervention
  • Préparer et émettre les factures liées aux prestations
  • Suivre les paiements et gérer les relances clients
  • Établir des tableaux de bord et rapports mensuels
  • Participer à la gestion et la mise à jour des tickets dans le CRM (Salesforce)

Profil recherché

  • Expérience dans la logistique export et la coordination de voyages professionnels
  • Maîtrise de SAP ou dun système ERP équivalent
  • Français courant, avec un niveau B2 minimum en allemand et en anglais
  • Esprit organisé, rigoureux, à laise dans la communication et la coordination interservices
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle dans un environnement structuré
