As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met throughout the home buying and selling process. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your role will also involve coordinating with our agents and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person

- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients and addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Coordinate with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction process for clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating property showings

- Conduct market research and provide clients with relevant information and updates

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote company services and listings

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

- Fluent in English 

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
