Customer Success - Head of Financial Crime Advisory

Be the trusted advisor our clients rely on to succeed with our solutions — from onboarding to

adoption and beyond.

• Build strong relationships with business users at client banks to drive engagement and product adoption
• Proactively monitor client satisfaction and act on opportunities to improve their experience
• Collect and share client feedback to help influence product roadmap and prioritization
• Partner with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Sales) to ensure client goals are understood and met
• Act as a thought leader and strategic advisor to your clients, helping them evolve their fraud and compliance capabilities
• Contribute to key deals by supporting the sales organization with insights, references, and client context
• Contribute to a data-driven Customer Success practice with a focus on measurable outcomes

• You bring a wealth of experience working at banks or with software vendors in the financial services space
• You have a strong background in one or more of the following domains: engineering, computer science, finance, or related fields
• You’re a domain expert in financial crime (Fraud and/or AML), with hands-on experience in real-world use cases
• You communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy, even when stakes are high
• You understand the value of enterprise software and can translate product capabilities into client impact
• You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships
• You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and know how to get things done
• You’re naturally curious and committed to continuous improvement for yourself and your clients
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or Python is a strong plus
