Job Description - Customer Success Manager (Remote from Switzerland)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in Switzerland.
In this role, you will partner with customers to maximize the value of digital solutions in complex operational environments. You will guide clients through adoption, utilization, and optimization of technology platforms to drive measurable impact and operational efficiency. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will manage relationships across all levels, from shop floor employees to executive leadership, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights, champion customer needs internally, and enable expansion opportunities. This position offers the chance to influence product adoption, drive operational improvements, and work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with global clients. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel as needed.

Accountabilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring adoption, utilization, and overall health of their deployments.
    • Serve as the internal customer champion, advocating for client needs across product, engineering, and support teams.
    • Guide customers to leverage digital tools for operational improvement, recommending new use cases and tracking ROI.
    • Act as a trusted partner to ensure contract renewals and support commercial expansion.
    • Coordinate cross-functional actions with teams such as Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services.
    • Build and refine internal processes, templates, and content to scale and mature the Customer Success function.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s preferred) with 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Product Management, Management Consulting, or similar client-facing roles in the Life Sciences or regulated industries.
    • Experience with change management in GxP manufacturing and operations.
    • Proven ability to create and deliver executive presentations, working with enterprise clients in multicultural business environments.
    • Strong coordination and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
    • Client-focused mindset with a bias for action and measurable impact.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and passionate about continuous improvement and digital transformation.
    • Ability to travel up to 15% as required.
