To strengthen our team, we are looking for a talented

Design and Product Developer Apparel (100%)

as of May 1, 2025 who will be a vital part of our design and production team in Wollerau SZ and make our clothes a dream for each customer.

Your Tasks:

• Conduct in-depth research on materials, finishes, trims, and features based on initial design concepts, evaluating their viability for production.


• Develop and sign off all lab dips, ensuring consistency across the range and alignment between lab dip and production tones.


• Set up the bill of materials and prepare detailed make notes in the system, supported by video explanations.


• Organize all factory Q&As to ensure the initial tech pack and pattern are well understood.


• Weekly follow-ups during the development phase to oversee progress, ensuring that the factories understand all technical requirements, and proactively addressing potential contingencies in collaboration with Portuguese team that could impact on quality or deadlines.


• Set up and maintain style trackers and production planning files, updating them as required.


• Setup and maintain all costing sheets in WFX. Ensure every change in fitting that is impacting the cost is reflected in a new costing sheet.


• Sign off on the bill of materials for production, including the official stamp.


• Ensure technical viability of all materials, trims, features, etc., used in production and proactively address any potential contingency.


• Create and send care labels for all styles. Sign-off feedback parcours after style confirmation to HS.

Your Profile:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.


• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.


• An unstoppable urge to find the best qualities, technologies, and innovative ways of making our products unique.


• You love luxury qualities and traditional tailoring, and you are a perfectionist.


• ‘Where there's a will, there's a way’ is your saying. You always go the extra mile and have a long breath to achieve perfection.


• Working in the textile industry is your passion.


• You work and think very detail oriented, with strong time management and organisational skills.


• You are fluent or native English (Italian or Portuguese language skills are an advantage).

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a complex area of the business.


• You qualify as a cooperative and creative problem solver who acts solution-oriented.
