Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.  

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.  

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

• Planning, developing and creating innovative and first-class digital content Ensuring a modern, consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints
• Utilising current trends and technologies and developing targeted content for internal stakeholders, partners and relevant social media platforms
• Strategic content planning, community and management, aligned with the overarching communication goals
• Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to create innovative, high-quality content
• Use of performance tracking tools and analytics

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy development
• Experience in communication and social media marketing
• Ability to learn quickly and deal with challenges resiliently  
• Creative mindset and out-of-the-box thinking 
• Strong knowledge of the latest technologies, tools and social media trends  
• Passion for F1 and motorsport in general
• Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
