Job Description - Digital Key Account Manager (M/F/X)

Founded in 2009 by Anthony Spinasse and Olivier Goulon, Gamned! is a pioneer and leader in programmatic. The digital advertising company now employs more than 160 employees, based in France, but also within its 7 international offices (Benelux, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic, United Arab Emirates, Brazil and South East Asia) and is part of the international communications & marketing group Biggie .

Combining human expertise and cutting-edge technology, Gamned! helps advertisers and agencies sustainably engage their audiences via digital activations across all media and formats (display, video, social, SEA, television, DOOH or even audio).

Gamned! supports more than 250 clients (such as Caudalie, Macif, Magimix, Tediber, Homair, Tape à l’Œil, Se Loger, Compagnie des Alpes, Sushi Shop, Luko, BUT, etc.).

️ Missions

The jobholder will be managing campaigns for clients in the account management team and will report to the Head of Client Service, the Deputy Managing Director and the Managing Director of the Swiss Office.

Media Campaign Management:

• Ensure each account has a clear trading strategy based on client goals.

• Be accountable for accuracy and quality of executed media campaigns.

Account/Client Management:

• Create and maintain the client relationship

• Ensure campaigns are delivered as expected by the clients

• Create end campaign reports and any communication support to regularly update clients, using Excel, Powerpoint and/or dashboarding.

• Ensure all weekly call, emails on a timely fashion with client to best ensure campaign delivery and efficient implementation of campaigns

• Manage client invoicing and payment collection

• Advise and guide clients on their digital strategy and drive their programmatic strategy and

operational tactics

Sales Development:

• Meet with your clients in a timely fashion (face to face or over the phone) to maintain the relationship and build trust and upsell your portfolio with all our offers (media, consulting.

• Participate in trade events, answer RFI/Q (Request For Information/Quote) from clients with the right strategy and campaign type to reach advertiser satisfaction.

• Execute the sales plan in order to increase the client yearly value for the company

• Deliver visibility to the management using reporting documentation and our CRM tools.

Your Profile

• Languages: Fluent English imperative - other languages a plus

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in digital marketing

• Personality: communication skills, analytical mind, empathy and customer awareness

• Knowledge of the Swiss media market

• Business skills: dashboarding tools, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of tools such as Google Tag Manager and G4 is a plus.
