DEINE AUFGABEN

Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten

Umsetzung ärztlicher Verordnungen und Teilnahme an präventiven, diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen

Prä- und postoperative Betreuung von ambulanten Patienten sowie Durchführung von präoperativen Pflegesprechstunden

Eigenverantwortliche klinische Entscheidungsfindung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen

Flexible Verfügbarkeit von Montag bis Freitag ab 6:15 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr im 2-Schichtbetrieb, feste Arbeitstage nach Absprache

Bereitschaft zur Unterstützung in anderen Abteilungen

DEIN PROFIL

Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH, Berufserfahrung im Akutspital von Vorteil

Große Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und hohes Organisationstalent

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Zertifikat B2)

Solide IT-Anwenderkenntnisse

Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen

Vorteilsweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Patienten-Monitoring
