Director, Fragrance Industrialization \u0026 Optimization\n\nLocation: Geneva Switzerland Or Manufacturing siting locations (Paris,Barcelona, Princeton)\n\nThe Director, Fragrance Industrialization \u0026 Material Process \u0026 Optimization should have a passion for fragrance creation optimization, focused on reducing Raw material, Packaging Material, formulation and operational complexity. In this role, you will drive integration between perfumery operations, creations, and the perfumery growth office, to ensure a seamless scale-up of new perfumery product creations \u0026 industrialization, enabling symmetric health in manufacturing with efficient processes and use of materials, streamlining formulation portfolios, and enhancing supply chain responsiveness. You will work at the intersection of creation innovation \u0026 operations, ensuring that fragrance development aligns with business growth, operations efficiency and sustainability goals. The role is a core function on synchronizing the safety, quality, formulation, Total delivery cost management and upstream creation and re-/Formulation.\n\n \n \nYour key responsibilities\n\n\u2022 Establish efficient and reliable scaling up process for perfumery liquid technologies. Including industrializing new products, new formulation and new processes. \n\u2022 Ensure formulas introduced for manufacturing are cost-effective, manufacturable, and supply-resilient. \n\u2022 Deliver sustainable value by leading the process \u0026 material optimization of perfumery liquid technologies through optimal use of GCP\u2019s, GMPs etc. Ket industrialization capabilities towards the Total Delivery Cost reduction and avoidance. \n\u2022 Develop and optimize fragrance solutions in manufacturing formulations that meet creative, regulatory, safety, quality and technical requirements.
