Job Description - E-Com Lead, Sales Market CH (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an E-com Lead, you secure strong product exposure and day-to-day commercial execution across app and web. You manage daily e-commerce activities, optimize ranking and search and help create a seamless digital shopping experience through close collaboration with Commercial and Digital Experience stakeholders.

You will:

  • Publish content across app and web in line with the commercial plan and the marketing calendar.
  • Manage day-to-day product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals, discount activities and ad-hoc adjustments, to support strong performance.
  • Optimize internal search, including updates such as synonyms, to improve product discoverability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Lead on campaigns, activations and product strategies, including ranking input.
  • Partner with the Digital Experience Lead to support a seamless end-to-end digital shopping journey across customer groups.
  • Participate in site visits together with the Commercial Lead to follow up on execution and performance.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll collaborate closely with Commercial Managers Experience Leads, E‑com teams and cross‑functional partners across the Sales Market. You will work together to secure aligned execution, customer‑centric merchandising and consistent performance across app and web.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms and tools.

And people who are…

  • Skilled in online merchandising, UX and site optimization.
  • Strong in analytical, commercial and communication skills.
  • Effective collaborators with the ability to adapt to industry trends.
