E-Commerce Merchandising Support

Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Buying & Merchandising Manager, the E-Commerce Merchandising Support will assist and support the merchandising process for Guess E-Commerce department.

He/she will assist colleagues in managing the product assortments for Guess website, driving assortment and SKU productivity to achieve the financial goals.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Management

• Cooperation in products content creation in the back office system
• Cooperation in products categorization and their maintenance, as well as products attributes definition
• Assist in definition of best product positioning strategies in PLP based on KPIs (BR, CTR, visits, etc.)
• Update and follow up of product sorting, manual, automatic and based on campaign/segmentation
• Monitor, measure and report results of past campaign to improve the effectiveness
• Set content assets
• Assist in defining product and trend pushes for E-commerce Communications Calendar, both for DEMs and HP
• Management of style activation in the website
• Organization of go-live timing with reference to both technical and emotional product descriptions
• Support in Ecommerce Markdown price list creation matching Retail Markdown list and Ecommerce only products

Promo Management

• Assist in promo setting, defining the best products categorization and positioning strategy
• Assist in product categorization in back office system

Platform Development

• Assist the UX operations team in new implementation related to products
• JIRA ticketing management and follow up
• Identification of possibile improvements in the customer journey related to products

Customer Care

• Follow up to Customer service enquiries relevant to product information and availability
• Follow up to general enquiries from divisions and suppliers

Allocation and analysis

• Tracking and follow up of all activities linked to capsule collections or special projects
• Insertion of sales and purchase orders in AS400
• RTV insertion

• 1/2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Marketing or Economics Degree is considered a plus
• Office package knowledge, well skilled in Excel
• Proficient knowledge of English language – both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferrable
