Event Support Expert (Banquet Setup)

• Practical work experience in the same or a related industry


• You have a structured approach to organization and enjoy communicating in German and English.


• You’re able to successfully complete challenging tasks even under stress and time pressure over the course of several days. You’re flexible and fit in well with a young, dedicated team; you’re helpful and cooperative

• You hold a Category B driver’s license


• Working in Switzerland: You either have a Swiss B or C permit or EU citizenship

Your Responsibilities

• Setting up and arranging conference rooms according to customer requests


• Responsible for inventory management and logistics of banquet, catering, and F&B supplies


• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and organization in all storage areas


• Checking incoming goods for completeness and quality


• Issuing and collecting rental and event equipment


• Working closely with banquet, events, kitchen, stewarding, and other F&B departments


• Coordinating and developing a standardized warehouse and inventory management system


• Conducting regular inspection rounds in warehouse, kitchen, and event areas


• Delivering customer orders and transporting catering and event equipment


• Participation in training sessions, meetings, and relevant informational events


• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the departments involved


• Driving company vehicles in compliance with applicable traffic regulations
