The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder to join in Geneva, Switzerland. This pivotal role will be the daily support to our visionary leader in driving the company’s global mission. The position combines high-level executive assistance with family office-style daily coordination, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence with precision and discretion.
Coordinate the CEO’s personal agenda, including family office-style responsibilities such as managing personal appointments, household logistics, and private travel, ensuring a balanced and seamless integration of personal and professional commitments.
Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, including high-profile collaborators.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and follow-up.
Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Support the CEO during international travel, attending key meetings and events as required.
Contribute to special projects, including those tied to our global expansion, brand partnerships and philanthropy.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek an agile, dynamic, and solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
· Proven Experience:
While we welcome a junior profile with agility, commitment, and dedication, candidates should have some experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or wellness industries, with exposure to family office-style personal coordination. This role offers exceptional opportunities for professional growth within a luxury global brand.
· Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (mandatory); fluency in French and Hebrew is highly desirable.
· Global Mindset:
Comfortable with regular international travel (2-3 times per month) and adaptable to diverse cultural and professional settings.
· Exceptional Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple priorities, both professional and personal, with precision, discretion, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
· Interpersonal Excellence:
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and elegance.
