  • Support with payment of invoices, reimbursements, and other administrative or financial tasks as required.
  • Prepare meeting materials, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of executive activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism.
  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable administrative role, with a strong preference for the financial/trading sector.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common collaboration tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Preferred / Desirable Experience

  • Fluency in German is a strong plus; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Location and Right to work: We are hiring for our Zurich office with the expectation of the candidate being on-site. Only candidates who live within commutable distance to Central Zurich and who possess the pre-existing right to work in Zurich without requiring company sponsorship need apply (Swiss national, B/C permit or equivalent).

Join G-20 and be a part of a team that is at the forefront of financial markets, driving innovation and excellence in the sector.
