Experienced Nanny (Live-in or Live-out) - Geneva, Rota Schedule Possible

A warm and active family in Geneva is looking for an experienced, caring, and professional nanny to support their children’s daily routines and development.

The primary responsibility is to ensure the well-being and full development of the children: a newborn and occasionally a 2-year-old. The role requires close collaboration with the parents and availability for travel.

Conditions:

• For Geneva-based candidates: live-out position, return home after shifts. Night duties only upon arrangement.
• For international candidates: live-in position on a rotational schedule (2-3 weeks on / 1 week off) with planned night duties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Newborn Care:

• Full daily care routines (hygiene, bathing, diaper changes, dressing)
• Night care: sleep management, handling night awakenings, organizing bottles
• Meal preparation and feeding if necessary (from 6 months – breastfeeding before this age)
• Respect and gently adapt the child’s daily rhythm (sleep, walks, activities)
• Maintaining the child’s room and belongings if needed

2. Toddler (2-year-old) Care and Development:

• Organize daily safe and stimulating activities: educational games, reading, creative activities
• Accompany to extracurricular activities (swimming, daycare)
• Follow routines and prepare for bedtime

3. Occasional Support for 6-year-old:

• Assistance with school pick-ups or activities as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a nanny
• Responsible, careful, meticulous, proactive
• Calm, caring, energetic, and affectionate with children
• Languages: Russian / French / English
• EU passport or valid Swiss work permit
• Verifiable references
