Job Description - Fachperson Gesundheit in einer Residenz in der Stadt Zürich

Aufgabenbereich

Ganzheitliche Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Sinne des Leitbildes und der Pflegeprozessplanung in den Wohnungen im Haus und auf der Pflegeabteilung
Abgabe von mündlichem und schriftlichem Rapport
Mitarbeit beim Erstellen von Pflegeplanungen und der Evaluation von Pflegeleistungen
Ausführen von behandlungspflegerischen und medizinaltechnischen Tätigkeiten
Regelmässige Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ
Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege und/oder Spitex von Vorteil
Sichere Kommunikation in der deutschen Sprache
Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten, Koordinieren und Organisieren
Teamfähigkeit, Herzlichkeit und eine empathische Grundhaltung
