Job Description - Fachspezialist/in Salärwesen 80-100%

Aufgabenbereich

Verantwortung für die Abwicklung der Lohnverarbeitung von A-Z
Ansprechperson bezüglich Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsthemen
Vornahme von Abschlussarbeiten
Führung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen
Kontaktperson zu entsprechenden Behörden

Anforderungsprofil

Weiterbildung zur/m Sozialversicherungsfachfrau/mann mit eidg. FA, Payroll Spezialist/in oder ähnlich
Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Salär- und Sozialversicherungswesen
Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch
Hohe IT-Affinität
Motivierte, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit zuverlässiger sowie pflichtbewusster Arbeitsweise
