Job Description - FileMaker Developer

Develop business apps in FileMaker, including user interface design, process flows and database structures.
Build and maintain a testing framework for FileMaker apps.
Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure end-user satisfaction.
Establish and uphold high standards of application development.
Document technical procedures and system configurations, ensuring effective troubleshooting and maintenance guides are in place.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including backup checks, permission reviews and system upgrades.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Proven track record of professional achievements in business application and database development.
Proficiency in relational database design.
Experience with FileMaker is highly advantageous.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision.

A team-oriented person and possess strong communication skills.
A person who delights in the challenges of a dynamic environment, bringing openness, flexibility, and a continuous drive for improvement.
Resident in Switzerland.
