What You'll Do

Customer Invoicing: Prepare and send monthly invoices in line with individual client agreements (e.g. flat-rate or usage-based models) using Excel and internal tools
Data Preparation: Export, transform, and validate data from internal systems to enable accurate and timely billing
Reporting & Reconciliation: Create and maintain reports related to usage, billing controls, and financial reconciliations
Data Analysis: Monitor billing and consumption data for anomalies, trends, and discrepancies to ensure accuracy and drive financial insights
Process Optimization: Contribute to the improvement and automation of invoicing workflows in partnership with Product and Tech teams
Controlling Support: Providing monthly and annual analyses to support management decisions, including the coordination of various controlling areas.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree (required), preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant work experience in a financial, business, or analytical role (internships and part-time roles count)
Strong command of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) and proficiency with MS Office
Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
A structured, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international startup environment
Proactive, adaptable, and excited to take ownership of complex, cross-functional tasks
