Your Responsibilities:
- Transactional Accounting: Manage a wide range of tasks in accounts payable, receivable, and banking.
- Clarifications: Handle internal and external clarifications related to billed services with various partners.
- Process Improvement: Participate actively in daily process improvements.
- Growth Opportunities: Expand your expertise by engaging in the closing and reporting processes.
- Team Development: Support and further develop our intern within the Trade Accounting Team.
- Autonomous Collaboration: Work equally and autonomously within a small team of three in trade accounting.
- Innovative Environment: Thrive in an innovative setting with ample development opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Education: Commercial or equivalent basic training.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
- VAT Knowledge: Solid understanding of the European VAT system.
- Mindset: Hands-on mentality with a proactive and engaged approach.
- Skills: Team player with goal-oriented and precise work habits, flexibility, and resilience in busy times.
- Languages: Fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong user knowledge of MS Office and SAP-FI/CO; familiarity with MS PowerTools (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI) is a plus.
