Your responsibilities

Owning Accounts Receivables: ensure our customers are receiving their invoices and provide best-in-class services for our internal clients
Customer Invoicing: Prepare and send monthly invoices based on individual client agreements (e.g. flat rate or consumption-based models) using Excel and our internal tools
Data Preparation: Export, transform and validate data from internal systems to support billing processes
Reporting: Create and maintain consumption, control, and reconciliation reports
Contract & Data Management: Maintain and update customer files and contract records in close collaboration with the sales and service teams
Data Analysis: Identify deviations, trends, and anomalies in consumption and billing data to ensure billing accuracy and business insights
Process Improvement: Support the ongoing development, optimization, and automation of invoicing processes, working closely with product and tech teams

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree (required), preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant work experience in a financial, business, or analytical role (internships and part-time roles count)
Strong command of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) and proficiency with MS Office
Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
A structured, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international startup environment
Proactive, adaptable, and excited to take ownership of complex, cross-functional tasks
