Financial Process Automation Specialist

Help our customer, a Zurich-based multi-family office, digitalize and automate their operations end-to-end — a true greenfield opportunity with little to no legacy systems to untangle.

About the job

• Map out existing manual processes (client onboarding, compliance reporting, recurring tasks) and identify automation opportunities.
  
• Design and implement workflow automations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams).
  
• Replace paper-based and manual steps with digital solutions (e.g., e-signatures, automated forms, smart reminders).
  
• Evaluate, recommend, and introduce supporting tools — for example, automated call transcription and analysis (e.g., Granola or similar) — and roll them out in daily operations.
  
• Document new processes and enable the small team to operate them independently.
  
• Streamline recurring compliance and reporting tasks to reduce manual effort and ensure consistency.
