Job Description - Fleet Management & Marketing Back Office Specialist 50-80% (f / m /d)


First Stop Switzerland is a leading network of tire and auto service centers with locations throughout Switzerland. As part of the Bridgestone Group, we are committed to quality, customer focus, and team spirit.


 


To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual for our Fleet Management and Marketing Back Office 50-80% (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities


Fleet Management



  • Maintaining and further developing our fleet accounting tool

  • Training and support for internal users (1st-level support)

  • Collaborating with fleet managers to develop purchase and sales terms

  • Point of contact for fleet customers and partners

  • Preparation and review of fleet and bonus billing

  • Preparation of internal and external reports


 


Marketing back office



  • Support for marketing campaigns and administrative marketing tasks

  • Coordinating and maintaining marketing materials and presentations

  • Support for events, promotions, and customer communication

  • Maintenance of data, documentation, and various systems

  • General administrative support for the team


 


What you bring to the table



  • Business training or comparable qualification

  • Independent, structured, and meticulous work style

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and proficiency with MS Office

  • Excellent German and English skills; French skills are a plus

  • Organizational skills and a passion for diverse tasks

  • Team spirit and a customer- and service-oriented mindset
