The Mission

As a Founders Associate you work shoulder to shoulder with the three founders on whatever matters most to create impact for Porters and our clients.

Your responsibilities

• Own the most important and urgent thing on the table that week: Sometimes that's strategic, sometimes it's unglamorous logistics. Whatever moves the company.

• Go deep on clients and GTM: research prospects, prep for client conversations, build the follow-ups, tighten the pipeline, help us win and keep customers. This is where you'll spend most of your time.

• Build: You're AI-pilled and you reach for tools instead of waiting for headcount. Automate the manual, prototype the thing, ship the internal workflow. You'll have access to any model or tool you want, no questions asked.

• Keep Porters fast-moving and unblocked.

Your Profile

• Highly motivated, high ownership. You see the gap and close it without being asked.

• You build with AI today, not in theory. Show us something you've made.

• Generalist who's comfortable in ambiguity and switches context fast.

• High-growth startup, consulting, or a similar pressure-cooker background is a plus, not a hard requirement. We care that you can do the job, not that you've sat next to it. Prove it.

• Logistical Requirement: Must be able to work on-site in Zurich, Switzerland.
