Job Description - Front Office Manager Zürich Langstrasse (f/m/d)

Company Description

Red high heels and fishnet stockings, ties and tailored suits - worlds meet at the intersection between the lively Langstrasse and the hypermodern Europaallee. Business meetings are held during the day and neon signs flicker in the evening. The 25hours Hotel Langstrasse is centrally located near the main train station and just a short bike ride from the lake. We are a young team and love our "you" culture mixed with good manners.

From "Grüezi" to "Adieu": Together with the team at reception, you will make sure our guests are happy from the first moment to the last.

Job Description

How does your working day look like...

  • You do the operational planning, manage the entire front office team and support your colleagues in their development
  • You are an empathetic host and support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in
  • You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
  • You also stay on top of things when plans change spontaneously

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

  • You have completed training in the hotel industry, have already gained management experience in the Rooms Division and speak fluent German and English. Other languages are an advantage
  • You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene up your sleeve
  • You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
  • You are no stranger to quality and attention to detail
  • You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
  • You live in Switzerland
