Full-time Nanny in Anières, Geneva

A family relocating from New York to Switzerland is seeking a warm, experienced nanny to care for their 5 month old and 2.5 year old. They follow a gentle, structured approach and value someone reliable, proactive, and confident with both infants and toddlers. The household is calm and screen-free, with a strong focus on child development, healthy habits, and meaningful engagement.

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Anières, Geneva
• Salary: CHF 4500 gross per month
• Language: Fluency in French and/or English
• Children: Two children (2.5 years old and 5 months old)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (09:00 - 19:00)
• Live-in/out: Live-in or out
• Main Duties:
• Provide full-time care for a 5-month-old and partial care for a 2.5-year-old
• Follow the family’s gentle, structured routines, including nap schedules and feeding
• Support baby-led weaning and prepare simple, healthy meals with no added sugar or salt
• Create engaging, development-focused activities suitable for each child’s age
• Maintain a calm, screen-free environment
• Communicate proactively with parents and support a smooth daily routine in the home

This position is open for a live-in or live-out candidate.

• Swiss or EU Passport / Swiss Work Permit 
• Experience caring for infants and toddlers
• Letters of recommendation or job certificates for verification
• Fluent in French and/or English
• Looking for a long-term commitment
