Fund Regulations Specialist

This is your primary area of responsibility:

• Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of clients (relationship management)
• Review and submission of regulatory applications, including updated fund documentation (prospectus, articles of association or fund contract, annual and semi-annual reports, and KIDs) with the FINMA
• Assist in the registration of foreign funds in Switzerland
• Connect with clients to develop the value of Acolin and advise them on our different services
• Initiate individual contracts (i.e., representative and paying agency agreement) based on template agreements
• Review of marketing material within the framework of legal and self-regulatory requirements
• General tasks such as internal reporting

What are we looking for:

• Ideally 1 – 2 years of professional experience in the finance or legal sector (BSc / MSc in finance or legal-related fields will be considered).
• You have quick comprehension and organisational talent,
• You are able to set priorities effectively.
• Your team can rely on your precise, reliable, and independent working method.
• You are a customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
• You are stylistically confident in English (good knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus).
