Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for future roles, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Switzerland (e.g., Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or hold a valid Swiss work permit). We do not sponsor work permits or visas at this time.
• Work Arrangement: All roles at our company are hybrid, requiring physical presence in our Therwil office minimum 2–3 times per week.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional local language skills (e.g. German, French or Italian) will be an asset depending on the role.

• Meaningful work on products that save lives or effectively support patient therapy
• Flat hierarchies, genuinely interdisciplinary working groups
• Opportunity to contribute ideas, have an active say and make decisions
