Job Description - German Speaking Customer Service for High-End Coffee Machines - Remote in Greece

We are seeking dedicated German-speaking customer service representatives who have a passion for premium products and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries, provide expert guidance on our premium coffee machines, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to blend your love for coffee with your customer service skills, all while enjoying the scenic beauty and rich culture that Greece has to offer. Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding high-end coffee machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee machine specifications, features, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Engage with customers to solicit feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficient in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and product knowledge.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or luxury goods sector, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems.
  • A genuine interest in coffee and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
