Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and online chat platforms.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline services, policies, and travel regulations.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to promote service enhancements and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the airline industry.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing top-quality customer service.
