• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and travel arrangements.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or customer service role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest in travel.
• Ability to thrive in a remote working environment and manage multiple clients effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in handling travel bookings.
• Proficient with computer systems, booking software, and online communication tools.
• Must be based in Greece and have a quiet workspace for remote work.
