Givaudan Careers Senior Compliance Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Project Manager to oversee the development of innovative compliance management processes and systems; you will join the Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy Center of Excellence (CoE) within our Global Regulatory Affairs organization.

Key responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance Strategy & Governance

• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable operational processes and compliance frameworks


• Support the development and deployment of compliance policies, standards, and governance models


• Ensure alignment between regulatory expectations and business operations across regions and functions


• Contribute to long-term compliance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives

Project & Program Management

• Develop comprehensive cross-functional compliance projects plans from planning through implementation and monitoring


• Define project roadmaps, priorities, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics


• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals


• Drive execution, identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success

Operational Compliance & Risk Management

• Support implementation of chemical control legislation (CCL) compliance requirements within operational processes


• Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities


• Contribute to audit readiness and corrective action follow-up


• Monitor compliance performance and help establish effective control mechanisms

Stakeholder Engagement & Training

• Act as a key partner and advisor to internal stakeholders on compliance-related topics


• Facilitate alignment between technical, operational, and business teams


• Support awareness, communication, and training initiatives to strengthen compliance culture


• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization

You are a structured and collaborative compliance professional who combines regulatory expertise with strong project management capabilities. You are comfortable operating in complex, international environments and can translate technical requirements into practical business solutions.

Your professional profile includes:

• Proven experience with complex project management skills and methodologies


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities with strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges


• Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related functions within the chemical, food ingredients, life sciences, or similar industries


• Strong understanding of chemical control legislation and compliance implementation principles


• Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation projects


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels


• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within global teams


• Business fluency in English and French
