Handwerker (m/w/d)

The purpose

To support the acquisition team in delivering acquisition opportunities across the entire Swiss Market, primarily through networking to build relationships with local and regional property agents and developers. There is also a certain amount of administrative responsibility with the role and an option to focus on a particular Swiss region.

 The Team

The Property Acquisition Team are the first building block in everything which Pure Gym is about - expansion! The Team source and deliver new site acquisitions across the whole of Switzerland, working closely with the UK and Switzerland Property Development Teams on construction and fit out.

The role

• Ensure a good knowledge of Pure Gym’s site requirements & be willing / able to travel

• To assist the Acquisition Team in searching for suitable Pure Gym sites in Switzerland nationally

• Walk/drive the streets to search for sites

• Utilise search facilities, planning portals and other tools to find off market opportunities for PG sites

• Build relationships with local agents and developers to unlock opportunities

• Make approaches to incumbent tenants to unlock opportunities

• Undertake weekly / monthly reporting duties for the team

• Be able to use and understand our in- house site appraisal tools

• Gain understanding of in-house financial appraisal tools

• Liaise with Landlords, Developers and Agents to ascertain availability of suitable properties and arrange access to premises for surveys and inspections

• Visit sites and prepare summary notes and issue to acquisition managers for discussion and agreement

• Communicate with development team on agreed sites, obtain site plans in DWG/cad and issue to team

• Attend weekly property meetings and maintain property trackers / reports

• Undertake site specific research where requested to do so

• Fluent in either German or French

• Strong English language skills
