Hard Services Manager \nLocation: Gevena, Switzerland\n\n \nWe\u2019re hiring a Hard Services Manager to lead asset lifecycle management across our Geneva and La Plaine sites\u2014ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of all buildings, utilities, HVAC, and critical infrastructure. In this role, you\u2019ll oversee maintenance delivery under our IFM model, drive compliance with GREW and SHE standards, and strengthen asset risk management and resilience. You\u2019ll also help shape long\u2011term capital planning, sustainability initiatives, and the deployment of smart FM technologies. Proven experience in hard services management in a multi-national environment including offices and labs. Minimum 10 years experience in a facilities management role.
