Requirements:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef for our fine-dining restaurant. He/she will report to our Executive Chef.

To be eligible for the position, you need to hold a diploma in a culinary arts related field or have a similar level of education and have at least 7 years of professional experience as a Head Chef in an international environment in luxury hotels or Michelin starred restaurants.

You show a deep understanding of F&B operations and team management and have sound knowledge of international cuisine, in particular in traditional French cuisine and fusion food. You use modern and innovative culinary techniques and are always seeking continuous improvement.

You will work in parallel with a Kitchen Instructor who is responsible for the operational Kitchen courses and first semester students. You naturally share your knowledge and know-how with others and you are motivated to contribute to providing a unique gastronomic experience to our customers and students alike. You fully master the English language, both in oral and written – French is a plus and you are eligible to work in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
As a  Head Chef , your main missions will be to:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and team management.
  • Ensure a smooth collaboration with the Service team.
  • Ensure high-quality dishes and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Maintain kitchen efficiency and manage the kitchen costs.
  • Start date:  June 2024
