We specialize in drug discovery and engineering, leveraging our Athebody® technology platform for novel biotherapeutic approaches. Your Role 

• Drive Innovation: Propel our Athebody® technology platform forward, continuously optimizing and integrating cutting-edge methods.
• Senior leadership team: Impact the organization and have a high level of visibility by working closely with the senior leadership.
  
• Lead the Team: Guide our discovery team, manage selection campaigns, and oversee stakeholders while maintaining a broad perspective.
• Ensure Excellence: Uphold rigorous standards in experiments and ensure timely delivery to partners.
• Master Data: Analyze and interpret data, summarize key messages, and present them to the team, management and external partner.
• Expand Knowledge: Continuously enhance your scientific and technical expertise.

What You Bring 

• Ph.D. in biochemistry/molecular biology (or equivalent education).
• At least 5 years of drug discovery lab experience in the industry, with expertise in biotherapeutic discovery processes and proven track of delivery of clinical candidates.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro selection and screening of binding proteins (ribosome display, phage display, yeast display etc.).

• Strong understanding of molecular biology methodologies and enthusiasm for introducing new ideas.
• Experience leading a diverse team in a matrix organization.
• Goal-oriented, independent, and pragmatic approach.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
• Team player with proactive communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
