About peoplefone

Peoplefone is an international telecommunications provider focused on modern voice, cloud, and business communication solutions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations & Finance to strengthen our group organization and support the company’s operational, financial, and technological development.

Your mission

Lead and oversee operational activities across the peoplefone Group
Drive operational excellence by improving processes, organizational efficiency, governance, and scalable structures
Coordinate and further develop group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, liquidity management, and KPI reporting.
Act as a strategic business partner to the executive team by providing financial insights and supporting key business decisions.
Collaborate closely with management, business units, finance, marketing, IT, and international teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
Lead cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives across the organization
Monitor operational performance, business risks, and growth opportunities
Coordinate group-wide initiatives together with Country Managers and functional leaders

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Master's degree, MBA, or a comparable finance qualification is considered a strong advantage
Several years of leadership experience in operations, finance, transformation, or business management within an international organization
Experience in the telecommunications industry or technology-driven businesses is a strong advantage and will be considered a key differentiator
Strong background in financial management, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and business performance analysis
Solid technical understanding and the ability to work closely with IT and technology teams in a software or telecommunications environment
Experience managing complex projects and organizational transformation initiatives
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
Ability to bridge finance, operations, technology, and business strategy
Experience in consulting or international organizations is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
German: mandatory
English: mandatory
French: an advantage
