Housekeeper Crans-Montana

Key duties:

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all interior areas, including guest rooms and common spaces.


• Performing daily housekeeping tasks: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.​


• Handling laundry for linens and garments: washing, drying, ironing, and folding to a high standard.


• Ensuring proper stocking of cleaning products, toiletries, and household supplies.


• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards promptly to the employer or designated contact.​


• Assisting in setting up, tidying, and cleaning shared or guest areas before and after use.


• Providing polite, discreet, and professional service, responding to guest or family requests in a timely manner.​


• Following established hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.​

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and reliability, along with solid housekeeping skills in a private or hospitality environment.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a housekeeper in a semi‑formal private household (family home, chalet, or residence).​


• Strong housekeeping skills, gained in private homes or similar environments.


• Solid experience in laundry and garment care, including ironing and basic fabric care.


• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks without constant supervision.​


• High attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach.​


• Good time management skills and the ability to structure the working day efficiently.​


• English language skills at minimum B2 level (spoken and written).​French is a strong plus, particularly for day‑to‑day communication in the local context.


• Experience in high‑standard or formal households is an additional advantage.​


• Familiarity with household cleaning equipment and professional cleaning products, and confidence in using them safely.​
