How you’ll make an impact as a HR Business Partner Operations

• Driving people strategies and workforce planning that enable strong operational performance across manufacturing and supply chain.


• Shaping effective organization design and supporting smooth transitions that help teams adapt, grow and deliver.


• Building inclusive talent and performance practices that strengthen engagement, development and team effectiveness.


• Partnering with employee representatives to foster constructive relationships, trust and a fair working environment.


• Developing apprenticeship and trainee pathways that prepare future talent and support high-quality learning experiences.


• Leading people projects and compliance activities that support safe, efficient and sustainable operations.

What will make you successful

• Bringing strong knowledge of people processes, with a focus on workforce planning, talent development, organization design and compensation.


• Applying sound understanding of Swiss labour law and employment practices to guide confident, compliant decisions.


• Using collaboration, learning agility, courage and speed to coach managers and support teams through change.


• Collaborating with empathy, resilience and adaptability to build trusted relationships across different stakeholder styles.


• Communicating fluently in French, German and English.
