We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.HR Finance is handling all processes related to people costs budgeting and forecasting to support the goals of the organization while ensuring a balance between revenue and costs to drive sustainable growth.YOUR ROLEManage the headcount plan, maintain and follow up on open positions and people cost, explain monthly variances (joiners, leavers, transfers), analyze trends and associated cost analysisManage the budgeting and forecasting process for the Unit and ensure precise HR costs monitoring as well as other aspects of HR Finance, and liaison with Group HR FinanceResponsible for regular HR reporting and analysis primarily in relation to headcount, people cost, Diversity, recruitment, and other HR KPI’s etcAdditional support to the HR team including other HR Projects, payroll and other employee related queriesAn active role in the compensation review cycle as well as salary benchmarkingYOUR PROFILEYou have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related HR Finance or HR analytical roleDemonstrated experience in data management and processing, process workflow automation and tools, and database managementAn advanced knowledge and technical ability with MS Excel (VBA, SQL, advanced Excel a must) & Powerpoint, HR and Finance and BI tools and systems (SAP, Tableau, etc.)An ability to analyze and present data in a clear and concise wayProject management experience would be a plusExcellent problem solving skills in constructive/realizable solutionLanguages: French and English (both written and spoken)Residence in SwitzerlandOur Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
