Your role

Recrutement des collaborateurs : Vous serez en charge du recrutement de nouveaux talents pour nos différents départements.

Gestion des apprentis : Vous gérez le recrutement et l'administration des apprentis, planifiez leur sélection, supervisez leur performance et assurez la coordination avec toutes les parties prenantes.

Administration RH : Responsable de la gestion administrative des collaborateurs.

Amélioration des processus RH : Vous êtes force de proposition pour l’amélioration continue des processus RH.

Acquisition de talents : Planifiez et mettez en œuvre des stratégies pour attirer des talents dans des rôles spécifiques.

Relations avec les agences intérimaires : Coordonnez les relations avec les agences pour les recrutements temporaires.

Promotion de l'entreprise : Organisez et participez aux actions de promotion de Siegfried Evionnaz auprès des écoles et universités.

Onboarding : Coordonnez le processus d'onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs.

Projets RH : Participez à l’implémentation des projets RH et des procédures.

Indicateurs RH : Fournissez et mettez à jour divers indicateurs de suivi RH.

Your profile

Expérience significative en tant qu'Assistant RH ou Gestionnaire RH

Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le recrutement

Certificat d'assistant en gestion du personnel ou Brevet fédéral RH

Sens de l'organisation, résistance au stress

Solides compétences en communication et d'adaptation aux changements

Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.

What we do in Evionnaz

Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, administration and more.
