We're excited to welcome a dynamic and people-focused HR Senior Manager to our team. This role will be in charge of all the HR subjects for our office people and can be based in either our Pully or Zürich office, with regular travel to our other locations.

Your Mission:

• Lead and manage all HR initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and managers to provide expert guidance on internal HR practices and policies.
• Foster a positive work environment for both office and remote employees, while cultivating a strong company culture.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on people operations, advising on and improving our processes.
• Oversee the execution of the HR roadmap to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including administration, insurance declarations, and payroll supervision.
• Handle the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement effective training and development programs.
• Participate in performance evaluation processes.
• Maintain composure and confidentiality in handling disciplinary and grievance issues.

Requirements

Do You Have What It Takes to Lead with Passion and Drive?

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record of 10+ years in HR, including an experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Is a critical thinker and excellent communicator, adept at analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, testing assumptions, and balancing business needs with ethical considerations.
• Is highly collaborative, capable of partnering with all levels of the organization to drive impact and achieve results.
• Takes responsibility for their results, striving for excellence in themselves and their team.
• Is industrious, creative, resilient, adaptable and maintains a good sense of humor. 
• Is fluent in English, French, and German, both written and oral (mandatory).
