Job Description - HR-Generalist/in (inkl. Salärwesen) 80-100%

Aufgabenbereich

Verantwortung für die HR-Administration von der Verfassung der Arbeitsverträge bis zur Verfassung von Arbeitszeugnissen
Abwicklung des Rekrutierungsprozess
Lohnverarbeitung von A-Z inkl. Sozialversicherungswesen
Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und der Linie bei HR relevanten Fragestellungen
Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Weiterbildung zur/m HR-Fachfrau/mann mit eidg. FA (von grossem Vorteil)
Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im operativen Personalwesen mit breitem Aufgabengebiet inkl. Salärabwicklung
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikativ, teamfähig und serviceorientiert
Rasche Auffassungsgabe
Hands-on-Mentalität
