Job Description - Immobilienvermarkter/in im Commercial-Bereich

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine/n Immobilienvermarkter/in im Commercial-Bereich

Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Vermarktung von kommerziellen Immobilienflächen im Auftrag nationaler und internationaler Kunden
Konzeption und Ausarbeitung von Vermarktungsstrategien sowie Erstellung von Objektdokumentationen
Durchführung und Aufbereitung von Markt- und Standortanalysen
Identifikation und Definition geeigneter Zielgruppen sowie potenzieller Mieter
Gewährleistung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses über den gesamten Vermarktungsprozess hinweg

Qualifikation

Berufserfahrung in der Vermarktung von gewerblich genutzten Immobilienflächen
Abgeschlossene Aus- und/oder Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch sowie idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Beratung anspruchsvoller Kunden sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
