Job Description - Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d) Rothrist / Schweiz

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Proaktives Verkaufen, primär über Telefon
Erstellung, Ausarbeitung und Verfolgung von Angeboten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den AM
Preisfindung; Quoting
Pflege der entsprechenden Kontakte bei Herstellern und dem Silica-Einkauf
Erfassung und Verfolgung von Aufträgen, Prüfen der Kundenbonität
Proaktives Backlogmanagement (Überwachung Bestellungen, Liefertermine, Preisänderungen...)
Umsetzung von Logistik- und Rahmenvereinbarungen
Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
Überwachung der Retouren und Gutschriften
Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
Kanalisierung technischer und sonstiger Anfragen der Kunden
Einsatz aller verfügbaren Ressourcen nach Notwendigkeit (technische Resourcen, Servicefunktionen...)
Pflege und Ausbau Kundenkontakt
Umsatz- und Profitverantwortung bei den betreuten Kunden

Anforderungsprofil

technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst wünschenswert
Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Engagement, Kreativität und Initiative
englische Sprachkenntnisse
Erfahrungen in der Nutzung gängiger PC-Applikationen (MS-Office, SAP, Internetbasierende Applikationen) sind von Vorteil
