You are a highly motivated and independent individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you enjoy working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
You hold a degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, biology, or a related field or have completed vocational training as laboratory assistant (e.g., BTA, MTA or CTA), or have a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with biosensor instruments such as biolayer interferometry (BLI), surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and/or kinetics exclusion assays (KinExA)
- Expertise in the characterization of antibodies and other recombinant proteins using techniques such as ELISA, MSD and, FACS
- Solid understanding of the design and evaluation of interaction studies, with the ability to independently plan and conduct experiments
- Experience in protein engineering, with an understanding of hit-to-lead discovery processes in drug discovery
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
