VOTRE ROLE

Nous recherchons au sein du département IT Operations, un Spécialiste Support Applicatif Front pour fournir aux unités clientèles et opérationnelles de la Banque Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A. ainsi que nos partenaires externes un support applicatif pour les outils de Front (Wealth Management).

En tant que Spécialiste de l’équipe Support Applicatif

vos principales missions sont :

  • Apporter un Support Fonctionnel pour les applications de Wealth Management

  • Identifier, résoudre et « troubleshooter » toutes les questions arrivant dans l’équipe

  • Assurer la disponibilité maximale des applications et trouver la solution rapide aux questions des équipes du Front

  • Participer aux contrôles qualité et à la rédaction des nouvelles releases applicatives

  • Former les utilisateurs aux applications et assurer un accompagnement de nos partenaires aux UAT

  • PROFIL RECHERCHÉ 

  • Bachelor ou master en Informatique ou équivalent

  • 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine bancaire

  • Esprit d’analyse et esprit d'équipe avec un goût prononcé pour les contacts clients

  • Sens des responsabilités

  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision

  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais

  • Résidence en Suisse ou relocalisation en Suisse possible
