IT Audit Manager

Noord Global Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading professional services firm, who are looking to hire an IT Audit Manager for their Digital Audit practice in Zurich, Switzerland.

What you'll do:

Help drive digital change across the financial industry:

• Deliver complex digital audit assignments, with a focus on IT General Controls, and support reviews of ERP environments and business processes.
  

• Spot weaknesses in IT control frameworks, assess associated risks and develop tailored improvement recommendations.
  

• Create innovative, practical solutions that address each client’s specific challenges.
  

• Build strong client relationships, present confidently and help secure new engagements to strengthen market presence.
  

• Lead and motivate teams, support colleagues’ development and share your knowledge openly.
  

• Use modern technologies - data analytics, automation and AI - to make the audit work more efficient and future -ready.
  

Your background:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Management or a similar field
  

• CISA or CISM certification, or the motivation to obtain one
  

• Around 5 -6 years of experience in IT audit, IT consulting or reviewing technology -enabled business processes, ideally within a professional services environment.
  

• Strong project management skills and experience guiding and developing teams.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, plus experience writing clear reports in German and English 
  

• The ability to work independently without daily direction, combined with strong networking and relationship -building skills.
  

• Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  

  • AI/ML model assurance or AI governance (or willingness to develop expertise)
    

  • Cloud platforms and cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
    

  • Cybersecurity and IT risk management
    

  • Finance transformation
    

  • Data analytics and data governance
    

  • Robotic Process Automation and intelligent automation
    

  • Blockchain and digital assets
