IT Lead Specialist Regulatory Systems

Perform day-to-day administration activities of the various systems in scope (Veeva Vault, SAP-PLM, EDM (document management system)) as per approved procedures. Provide data export or reports to systems users. Management of system operations in various systems in scope including: Control of system access and permissions, Perform change management activities, Liaise with users to resolve issues, Create reports based on defined requirements, Maintain system documentation. Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change. Working independantly with minimal guidance Delivering Results: Drives for improvement of business results and higher level of performance Experience on business solutions, namely on the regulatory space, and Product Lifecycle management Ability to create proper documentation Ability to communicate effectively
