Job Description - IT Lead Specialist Regulatory Systems

IT Lead Specialist Regulatory Product Documentation \u0026 PLM Systems\n\nKaiseraugst, Switzerland\n\nThe role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Regulatory Information Management System and product documentation landscape. This includes a sophisticated ecosystem of applications combining SAP\u2011PLM capabilities, document management systems, and SAP\u2011based customer portals. \nAs the Animal Nutrition \u0026 Health business undergoes its carve\u2011out, this position will be at the heart of the separation, playing a critical role in safeguarding regulatory systems, enabling smooth transitions, and actively shaping the future-state architecture of the organization.\n\nYour key responsibilities\n\n * Perform day-to-day administration activities of the various systems in scope (Veeva Vault, SAP-PLM, EDM (document management system)) as per approved procedures.\n * Oversight of managed services to ensure that application configuration meets business requirements and is consistent with dsm-firmenich standards.\n * Provide data export or reports to systems users.\n * Management of system operations in various systems in scope including: Control of system access and permissions, Perform change management activities, Liaise with users to resolve issues, Create reports based on defined requirements, Maintain system documentation.\n\n\n\nWe bring\n\n * Opportunity to build a career making a significant impact on billions of lives, with the freedom to shape your own path\n * Multifunctional collaboration with experts\u2019 regulatory in the field, Product Management, Customer Portal team and Veeva Managed Operation Team, IT team and customer portal team\n * Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards\n * Recognition and celebration of your efforts and accomplishments\n * Responsibility and accountability in living company values and driving sustainable solutions\n * Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change.\n\n\n\nYou bring\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in Food Science and/or Computer Science/IT\n * Fluent English with strong communication skills\n * Programming experience (Python, PHP)\n * Regulatory and Product Lifecycle Management experience\n * Documentation expertise\n * Independent worker with attention to detail\n * Strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities\n * Results-driven with collaborative approach\n * Customer-focused with process automation mindset\n\n\n\nOur application process\n\nInterested in this role?
